David Pat’s workout plan- and leaving for China

I leave for China in the morning and I want to leave you with a blessing. A workout plan!

Guys: Please do some cardio and some heavy weights

workout: 4 sets of 10, only free weights no cables, try to go to failure on your 4th set

diet: drink milk, eat beef

sleep: 8 hrs a night

Ladies: CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO!

workout: 3 sets of 15 only cable exercises, try to go to failure towards the end of your workout

diet: eat less carbs, don’t eat after 8pm

sleep: 8 hrs a night

Please pray for our safety and ease in traveling. We don’t wanna get swine flu quarantined or stopped by security.
